Can I really receive FREE AIR MILES® Travel Miles?
Yes, you REALLY can receive FREE AIR MILES®! When you buy OR sell a home or condo or business with Sara, you will receive air miles upon the successful completion of the transaction (closing date). Please note, discounted commission for either the Buyer or Seller will NOT earn AIR MILES®.
How many FREE AIR MILES® can I earn?
SARA will purchase 2 AIR MILES® reward miles for every $1,000 of property value transacted, to a maximum of 1500 AIR MILES® per transaction.
For example, if you sell your home/condo/business for $300,000, you will receive 600 FREE AIR MILES®. And if you then purchase a home/condo/business for $400,000, for example, you will then receive an additional 800 FREE AIR MILES®. This will give you a total of 1,400 FREE AIR MILES® travel miles! That is enough to earn a trip across the country, absolutely FREE, just for listing and buying a home through Sara.
Here's what makes it even sweeter --- depending on the value of the property you are selling and buying, you have the opportunity to earn a maximum of 3,000 FREE AIR MILES®. What will you do with 3,000 AIR MILES®?? Make it count....call Sara today!
What if I'm not an Air Miles collector?
Not to worry, Sara can help you set up an AIR Miles account and get you well on your way to earning FREE AIR MILES®.
When will I see the FREE AIR MILES® on my account?
Upon the successful completion of the transaction, the paperwork will be verified by the office and the air miles will be submitted. Please allow 4-8 weeks for the amount to appear on your account. To find out if your Air Miles have been credited to your account, you can call the AIR MILES Customer Service Centre at 1-888-AIR-MILES (1-888-247-6453).
Once I receive my FREE AIR MILES®, when can I use them?
You can start using your FREE AIR MILES® as soon as they are credited to your account! Or you can accumulate them for that once-in-a-lifetime dream trip! !
Can I redeem the FREE AIR MILES® for anything other than travel?
Yes, of course! Your FREE AIR MILES® can be redeemed for a wide variety of products and services, including:

Photography
Home and Kitchen items
Entertainment
Personal Care and Accessories

What are BONUS miles?
